PRESS RELEASE

POSTERSPRING BILLBOARD POSTER INSTALLATION SYSTEM

January 10, 2012

Mansfield, Ohio

Lind Media Company announces the introduction of PosterSpring, the premier system for installing glue-less single sheet PE (polyethylene) billboard posters.

After several years of quiet development and two years of proven usage, PosterSpring Billboard Installation System is being made available to the entire outdoor advertising industry. PosterSpring, a durable stainless steel sign mounting and tensioning device, is expected to widely expand PE (polyethylene) billboard poster usage.

Lind Media Company President and PosterSpring co-developer, John L. Siegenthaler said, “We immediately realized that the introduction of single sheet PE posters could revolutionize our business and the entire outdoor industry. However, we were not sold by the other installation systems that are on the market. After reviewing and experimenting with all primary PE poster installation systems, we felt that we could develop a better technique and system. We wanted a PE installation system that would be easy to install, easy to use, provide excellent installations while being the most affordable system to purchase, operate and maintain. Simplicity meant developing a system that does not require clips, pulleys, cables, gripper bars, or cutting blades. Equally important was the need for durability to assure performance in Great Lakes winter winds and summer heat. We soon discovered that engineered spring and hook technology was far superior to all other methods currently in use.”

When asked to describe the PosterSpring system, Siegenthaler said “Much like the simplicity of a trampoline, PosterSprings are evenly spaced around the perimeter of the billboard beneath the molding. The posting process takes 10 minutes and involves hooking each spring tip into the poster perimeter. The billposter pulls each PosterSpring padded hook tip through small protrusions around the poster perimeter before releasing each spring to create even constant pressure while holding it tight against the poster panel surface. The result is a tight, professional 10 minute installation. Further, because of limited cuts to the poster, PosterSpring allows for easy poster removal, rotation and re-use of the same poster at other billboard locations.”

Siegenthaler went on to say, “We have been utilizing PosterSpring throughout our Northern Ohio billboard network for over two years. PosterSpring has proven itself on bulletins, wallscapes, 30-sheet and 8-sheet poster panels in both urban wind tunnels as well as flat high-wind rural plains. We are excited to now introduce Patent Pending PosterSpring to the entire Outdoor Advertising Industry.”
